  • Within 14 Days of Purchase: If you request a refund within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase date, you may receive a full refund, provided you have not used the service (such as accessing any trading data or materials).
  • Non-Performance of Service: If we fail to deliver the service as described (e.g., if the service is unavailable due to technical issues), you may be eligible for a refund.
1.2. Course or Educational Program Fees

If you have enrolled in any of our educational courses, training, or coaching programs, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 Days of Enrollment: You can request a full refund within 7 days of enrolling, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Once you access more than 20% of the content, the refund will no longer be applicable.
  • No Access or Delivery Issues: If you experience any technical issues that prevent access to the content or if we fail to provide the course materials as promised, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us directly via email or phone within the eligible refund period. Please include the following details in your refund request:

  • Order number or transaction ID (if applicable)
  • A detailed reason for your refund request
